Am just worried, my friend from USA went to Boracay with his bro and sis families – their first time there. My friend never brought his cellphone with him, and he called me from a payphone at d airport b4 boarding to Boracay nd told 2 call me back as soon as they get there. Am worried because our conversation was short and I was hoping he would call the following day. He has never called since the last time we talked (that was 4 days ago)…. am really worried coz I was the one who recommended the place. I’m trying to think of a valid reason why he hasn’t called…..To be positive, I would like to think that there is no phonebooth for him him to call USA directly? Or probably cellphones don’t have signals from Boracay?I’m in the USA right now , and still waiting for their calls to check what happened with their trip. If someone has a cellphone in Boracay, do you know if it has signals to connect to US? Or do you know if they sell any prepaid card in Bora?
